INSTALLATION
Our Hetas trained showroom staff and installers are available to assist and advise you on stove choice, suitability and size.
We carry out a free no obligation survey of your property to further advise and provide a quotation for the installation. The survey is carried out by a Hetas & Gas Safe registered installers.
Our team of installers carrying out all aspects of the project, from building, plastering and tiling. If we do need to bring in outside trades, scaffolders, electricians, etc. then we make all of the arrangements using qualified tradespeople. Likewise, we are happy to work with your builders, etc. if that is your preference.
At the end of the installation, we will leave the area clean and tidy and demonstrate how your stove/fire works and advise on fuels, how to keep your stove clean, etc.
We will issue a Hetas certificate for all solid fuel appliances and a gas safety certificate for all gas appliances that we fit. Along with notifying the relevant authorities.
